Travel Agencies & Tour Operators Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all travel agencies and tour operators dealing with Merya Hotels & Resorts Group. It aims to regulate the process of reservation confirmation and cancellations in a way that protects the rights of all parties and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
1. Reservations & Confirmation
Reservations are accepted only through the following official channels:
• The official email,
• The company's approved booking management system,
• Or via authorized integration platforms.
A booking is not considered confirmed unless a written confirmation is received from the Sales or Reservations Department.
The confirmation must include guest details, number of nights, room type, and check-in/check-out dates.
Price offers are issued by the company and remain valid for 72 hours from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
For group bookings (5 rooms or more), a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
2. Modifications & Cancellations
Individual Bookings:
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a charge of one night.
• In case of no-show, one night will be charged and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
Group Bookings:
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival.
• Cancellations after that are subject to an 80% charge of the total amount.
• In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Peak Seasons & Promotional Offers:
• During seasonal periods and promotional campaigns, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
• Full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
3. Refunds
Any refundable amount – if applicable – will be processed within 45 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method originally used.
The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from banking procedures.
4. General Provisions
• The agency is responsible for the accuracy of guest information submitted for reservations.
• The company holds no direct obligation toward the guest for reservations made via agencies.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation in cases of force majeure or emergency situations.
• All transactions and policies are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Tourism.
