Cancellation Policy
1. Refundable Bookings
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night charge.
3. No-Show
Failure to arrive without cancellation will result in a one-night or full charge, depending on the policy
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
No refund will be issued for cancellations.
5. Cancellation Process

6. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional cases, with alternatives or compensation offered.
